The Ethnē Outfitters Ministry Concept

If gospel outreach among Muslim people in your area could happen as a team, would you be interested?

What if gospel outreach meant working together to pray, learn and train, practice hospitality, serve one another, study the Bible, and do fun activities?

And what if all this was with a view toward inviting Muslim friends into a welcoming, understanding, and loving community?

The biblical example of Jesus and His disciples is such a beautiful picture of what discipleship looks like. After walking with Jesus for several years the disciples are given the responsibility of making their own disciples, as Jesus gives His Great Commission to “make disciples of all nations.”

The Ethnē Outfitters concept envisions teams committed to being and making disciples of Jesus Christ in their areas. Individuals are equipped and prepared within the context of teams who serve their communities together and creatively design their own activities to include Muslim friends.

Team Ministry

Teams are formed in an atmosphere of prayer and every stage of their development and ministry is covered in prayer. Teams pray for local and global needs.

Team members are given various resources for prayer, as well as help with raising up prayer for their ministry efforts.

Team members engage in outreach and making disciples in a context of community and discipleship.

Ministry Ownership

Where possible, teams can engage in ministry much sooner by partnering with other churches or ministries already reaching out in their areas.

Ad hoc teams can be formed when appropriate, to be trained for short-term events or projects, providing alternatives to long-term commitment options.

Team activities are collaboratively designed and implemented, giving team members a way to develop projects or outreach appropriate to their own areas.

Teams can provide a growing circle of caring friends to Muslim individuals and families.

Teams have their own fun activities, hospitality events, and Bible studies and then invite Muslim friends to join them.

Teams are part of creating an ever-increasing network, as teams help to launch other teams, multiplying their efforts and helping to train new team leaders and members in areas near to them. Gatherings of multiple teams facilitate prayer, networking, training, and brainstorming.
